About the Tour
What We Will Do
We'll meet up in East Austin off Cesar Chavez, one of the edgiest neighborhoods in town, and set out on a colorful walk (1.2 miles) full of murals, street art, and local art history! Together, we'll explore one of Austin's largest concentrations of public art.
What We Will See
You'll see works by world-famous artists such as Meres1, JonOne, and Blek le Rat (the French street artist who inspired Banksy). You will also hear real stories about the current street artists in Austin including: Sloke One, Mez Data and ULOANG.
What You Will Get
By the end of the walk, we guarantee you'll know more about Austin's public art scene than most local residents, and we promise you'll never look at murals, street art, or graffiti the same way again.
